My complaint:
I am currently waiting for a car part to be delivered by Evri , and of course it’s late and obviously not going to be delivered. You can’t get in touch with anyone human in regards to this just automated chat bots just telling you what you want to hear.
For the life of me I cannot understand how they can lose a car body panel unless it’s been stolen with the information on box of what it is . Their customer service is disgraceful how they treat customers is abhorrent. I am very angry how I have been ignored, this parcel cost 100’s of pounds and to get zero feedback as to where this parcel is, it’s disgraceful they need to hang their heads in shame.
Suggested solution:
By delivering my parcel as promised by the service they provide or lack of in their case
