My complaint:
It has been nearly 2 weeks since an Evri courier was due to collect a box as part of a return to marks and spencer and has never collected it. I have used the online chat service multiple times and tried the phone line. The chat just responds talking about a delivery which it is not and that they will resolve it which they have not. The phone line doesn’t allow you to talk to a human so can’t resolve anything. This now means I am at risk of not receiving a significant refund for these items. I have contacted marks and Spencer but need Evri to actually fulfill their contract and pick the parcel up and explain why they have not done so yet.
Suggested solution:
Pick the parcel up and explain why they have not yet and why their online chat obviously cannot deal with queries correctly or effectively
