My complaint:
Delivered to wrong address. WHAT IS WRONG With your drivers!!!!! Can they not read !!!! They left my parcel on the doorstep of the wrong address 2 streets away. Fortunately the person was at home and took it in. How many times do people need to complain before something is done !!! VERY POOR SERVICE !!!
Suggested solution:
Educate their drivers. Should be named and Shamed.
