My complaint:

I posted a return to Amazon that required me to use Evri. But it seems to have gone missing and I am required to use a tracking number to track it. I do not have one and there seems to be absolutely no way to get hold of one. There is no way to contact this company without one. This was worth a lot of money. Is there any way you can help?

Suggested solution:

Firstly I just need a tracking number to find out what happened to my parcel. It was scanned in so I know it has been sent. Thank you.
