My complaint:
Sent a package via Evri tracked, the item is an iPhone 11, sold for £155, they lost it. I had to refund my buyer. They have failed to compensate me. I’ve gone through their ‘help’ channels but have been lied to, fobbed off or ignored. I want compensation for my lost item.
Suggested solution:
I need either the package found and returned to me, or compensation for it’s value, of £155
