My complaint:
I have paid the £3.95 25/4/25 for home collection. Despite contacting Evri through Chatbot (useless) and being unable to speak to a real person, I still have no resolution. I have contacted them three times this week (Monday, Thursday and today) to be told someone will contact you in 24 hours
To add insult to injury, I had an Evri delivery this morning. The driver refused to collect my package because he had no authorisation from Evri!
Suggested solution:
Just collect the parcel!
