My complaint:
My parcel was a pair of wellingtons, I was returning them as they were the wrong size, my parcel we delivered…but to the wrong address, the intended recipients of the parcel have tried to find the parcel but can not find it.
i have compained to Evri….. but they have posted on their portal that my case has been solved…….. I sill dont know where my parcel is I have lost £80 for the cost of the goods
Suggested solution:
I want the cost of sending the parcel the contence refunded
