My complaint:
Stated by Evri delivered to address specified- from photo looks like left on doorstep clearly from photo not at delivery address in addition no other safe place or neighbour advised on my delivery instructions certainly not to be left on doorstep.
There are two orders one of which Evri have advised that they can’t locate item I have contacted the retailer had refund re ordered however am frustrated that there is no ability to have this new order delivered to a parcel point for me to pick up so as you can imagine worried same outcome as before however delivery address is different for this one.
2 item:
despite trying to get Evri to advise if they are lost they are not engaging as I suspect from contacting retailer for refund this is no longer an option and they are likely aware of this don’t want the burden of this cost. Have asked the retailer to sort this out with Evri but no response as yet (£50.40)
I have tried requested on numerous occasions for Evri to call me on 07923053802 to resolve this but have had no telephone contact.
