My complaint:
So far, I have now had 6 parcels in a row stolen. I updated my Evri profile to include a Local drop point, as the location is only open during business hours. I have just turned off auto-delivery to the drop shop, as it clearly doesn’t work (even though you think it would make their lives easier). I get one or two might go missing occasionally, but for 6 to go missing IN A ROW, is not acceptable, it’s clearly theft, yet when you ask Evri, they fob you off with the it’s under investigation, then nothing happens.
Obviously, one of their drivers (at least one) is saving up for Christmas, using customer parcels, and EVRI condones it apparently
Suggested solution:
Investigate the thefts, compensate for the loss and have a driver security and DBI check to ensure that people don't steal parcels. Track the parcels better and have scans for returning to the warehouse, with sections for redelivery, so they can be found easily and then reattempted on the next working day. Royal Mail manages it fine, and they deliver a lot more than EVRI.
