My complaint:
Sent a parcel using Evri International to my son in Abu Dhabi on the 24/10/25 . The parcel carrier they use’ Asayad International’ based in Oman have held onto the parcel for over 4 weeks. Trying to contact them has not resulted in the parcel being delivered and the online Evri chatbot has been no help. A country without postcodes such as Abu Dhabi does not compute and the helpdesk keeps confusing it with other packages. The parcel contained letters from family members including his grandparents and so had sentimental value for his birthday. Will never use Evri again as a carrier, they have been both unreliable and unhelpful.
Suggested solution:
Still hopeful they can get the international carrier to deliver.
