My complaint:

Had a parcel to be delivered. Was labeled as delivered. No photo, no proof, no parcel.
Contacted them to enquire.
They sent me another tracking ID
I could not put my address in on the app to track parcel as it was the ‘wrong address’ despite me changing nothing.
Parcel has been labelled as delivered with no parcel present (I was sitting outside)
I now can’t track my parcel to see where it’s been delivered as my delivery address is incorrect for some reason.

Suggested solution:

They need to get into contact with me and find my parcel today and get it delivered with an explanation as to what has happened.
