My complaint:

I am heartbroken that my granddaughter has not received her birthday presents which I sent on 05.06.24 and should have arrived next day. Tracking shows it was picked up and arrived at depot, I have no idea which depot. I’ve been trying to chase up the parcel but cannot get beyond robots who do promise me call backs but don’t. The presents were not overly expensive but extremely sentimental and I get the feeling they are now lost.

Suggested solution:

Let me speak to a human who can see where my parcel was last tracked and actually investigate and try to find it
