My complaint:
Good afternoon
Please… I need your help.
I sent a parcel with EVRI to my parents, for Christmas, on 9th December 2024. They still haven’t received it.
This is the tracking number:
H04G0C0002295318
And I’ve been struggling to get in contact with an EVRI customer service adviser/human. You know… There is a voice assistant/chatbot which asks for a recorded message; so, I left a message, but nothing has been happening…
I am stuck… And my parcel seems to be lost… What can I do?
If EVRI can’t deliver my parcel to the mentioned address, it should be sent back to me.
Your support will be much appreciated.

They MUST deliver the parcel or send it back to me (the sender).
