My complaint:
i sent a parcel back to Evri in august i have rung several times gone on chat lines spoke to 2 employees of Evri still getting no where
Suggested solution:
giving me a refund and a full apology and maybe some compensation for the stress i have suffered trying to recover whats mine they have lost my parcel and because i wasnt given a Tracking num by the shop who i sent it back with no one can help the parcel came back to me the followind day ...Evri courier took it back to her depot its not been seen since
