My complaint:
For the last 4 months my parcel has not arrived on time. The tracking service is rarely updated and it is impossible to speak with a human being Everything is AI which is useless.
Once the parcel has been dispatched from the supplier, it can stay at an Evri hub for anything up to 3 days and beyond, not going anywhere. This has happened on the last 2 months plus this weeks delivery. No explanation or apology is ever given.
The website is set to praise the individual delivery person and after reading the recent company accounts (November 2025) it is very clear the company are using this as a bench mark for how well the company is responding to the end customer. There is nowhere for the end customer to rate the actual company.
Suggested solution:
I would like my parcel to arrive within 24hrs, with a written explanation of why it has taken since Wednesday 3rd December at 8.01am to arrive at my home. I also want a written guarantee that states there will be better communication with me, should my parcel be delayed again. I have the same delivery every month and there is no excuse.
