My complaint:
Evri claimed that they made 2 previous attempts to deliver my Amazon parcel (tracking number: T01FFA0240248796) with the 3 attempt signed for by me @ 22.35 on the 7/12/25.
This is a blatant lie as there were no previous deliver attempts by this EVRI and my security camera can this.
Suggested solution:
Their automated system just kept referring me back to the seller and went on to state that they are experiencing unspecified technical issues.
