Evri complaint: delayed and no “ lost”

My complaint:

i have been waiting since the 27/06/25 for a parcel being delivered to a pick up point, first ot was delayed and now when it says ready for collection it is not there. Running around like a fool and Evri being slow and not much use.

Suggested solution:

I really want my stuff bu5 if not a refund for it or they can communicate with the company that supplied the stuff
