My complaint:
I ordered a package via Amazon which was due to be delivered by Evri on Tuesday. I have been provided a tracking number, however cannot access advanced tracking details due to the delivery postal code being incorrect. I can see on Amazon that it is the correct postal code. It is now Thursday, Evri are claiming the parcel is delivered, but it hasn’t been. I can’t contact Evri because they require the correct postal code to talk with their agents online, and when I call them they claim they are experiencing technical issues and hang up. Amazon cannot support on their side as they do not have access to Evri tracking.
Suggested solution:
Either redeliver the item free of charge or refund me.
