My complaint:
We sent a parcel on the 18/04 to a customer . Today the 23/04 it still has not been received and no real satisfactory update . Worst of all you can not call you company and talk to a real person and that is unacceptable . If you try to call the business line to find out if the is a customer service person to speak to they are rude and unhelpful . The tracking number for the parcel is H01I0A0006005919 and we are a Medical supplies company and the customer that has not received the goods is a Doctor that needed the equipment today . I want an answer when the parcel is going to be delivred asap
