My complaint:
Delivery driver buzzed number 52 for a parcel, when asked which number he needed to deliver too he said number 43. Very rude and used bad language. When I went down as he is very known to just leave the parcels by the front door for anyone to pick up, he was in his van which I asked him why he didn’t deliver them and he said “it’s not my f job” and drove off. I’m getting very annoyed with this particular driver, who also drives very unsafe and would like my FORMAL complaint to be logged and for me to be contacted within 5 working days.
