My complaint:

We were due a delivery on Saturday between 12 – 2pm. I was here and we have a ring doorbell and a security camera. Guess what!! No delivery, then later in the day an email was sent to say they couldn’t access our property. LIES!!! They sent a photo of the parcel next to the delivery van. They were on the other side of the road, nowhere near where we live. This is to be expected of Evri, they are useless. Anyway, the email said it would arrive on the next working day which would be today and we would get a message today. Well if course we’ve heard nothing!! No idea where our parcel is. Tried to do a live chat because the phone lines only operate till 4pm. It’s AI and so not very helpful. So we still don’t know what’s going on with our delivery. Why do companies still use Evri to deliver their products!! They are by far the worst delivery company out there.

It's really quite simple. DELIVER OUR PARCEL 🙏🙏
