My complaint:
I have someone else’s parcel but it is impossible to contact Evri !! Nothing works, I either get sent round in circles or cut off or no reply.
When I enter the parcel number you tell me you already know ‘and will let the team know I chasing’, which says to me the true owner has already raised a complaint.
