My complaint:
What is the point of having a Bot and logging a complaint? If the Bot can see that there has been no response and no parcel movement within 24 hours, long after the parcel should have arrived, and I still can’t speak to a human being to get a reponse to having had it checked out by the sending depot.
Suggested solution:
When they say I will get a callback within 24 hours for a long overdue parcel they need to keep their promise.
