My complaint:

My new vacum went missing at local hub. When questioned about it evri said it was returned to sender for no reason

Suggested solution:

Answer customers honestly and not try to cover up each other's lies. Having to wait 20 mins on a premium line only to be lied to then hung up on is not professional
