My complaint:
Have arranged a collection for a Jd Williams Co.Ltd parcel almost 2 weeks ago and have been given repeated empty promises.
Evri has even had the audacity to :1) claim they tried a collection but could not find my address and 2) claim they had attempted collection but no one was at home. 4 people were in the address on the date they claim and the two cameras have no record of anyone from Evri approaching the property.
Suggested solution:
Stick to their job and promises and collect the parcel before Thursday 14th November 2024
