My complaint:
Evri will not answer my request for a call back or any complaint on their app. They consistently leave parcels regardless of the weather at the top of our drive. This is not a safe place. The pictures show three examples left recently – the photos are from their delivery notification. We have repeatedly given them 1 star feedback. Parcels are sometimes soaked through and one of them was opened and discarded by a passer by. Why cat they knock on the door like Royal Mail?
