My complaint:
I organised a pick up from bodelwyddan castle warners holidays see attached and have never received the goods. I was advised the goods were collected by Evri however your site advised collection then everything went dead. I have since been in long term hospital and only just been able to present this complaint due to numerous no responses from your site and being advised I do not have a correct reference number.
Suggested solution:
Return of goods or if cannot be found then full refund of the fee and £50 for the goods
