Please deal with this as a matter of urgency, you have picked up my parcel, see attached!!!!!!!!
Debenhams haven’t received this back, I require a refund as I have paid for this order and I need compensation for the service I have received!!!!!!!!!
This was picked up on 15th November and it appears EVRI must have somehow lost my parcel
PLEASE DEAL WITH THIS AS A MATTER OF URGENCY, YOUR CHAT SYSTEM IS RUBBISH AND I CAN’T GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE TO A HUMAN!
Suggested solution:
EMAIL ME WITH A RESOLUTION - I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS I HAVE PAID FOR MY ORDER AND EVRI HAVE NOT SENT IT BACK TO DEBENHAMS
