My complaint:
Ordered something on Depop on the 10th of December, seller sent the parcel on the 11th and since 15th of December I have no other update – only status I see is we got it. Today is the 28th and I still haven’t received my parcel. When I called them, someone replied to my email on the 15th saying that the parcel was over 10 days in the Parcelshop – how when the parcel was sent on the 11th? As well, I used my address to be delivered to, not a pick up point. Chat option is pointless, no one replies to emails, you speak to a robot over the phone.
