My complaint:
Never received 1 parcel when the courier is Evri. Any other courier- no problem. Over the last few months- they have stolen around 10 parcels so far. I say stolen as they can’t all be lost/ missing!
Always lie- they say attempted delivery when they haven’t. After trying to contact them at least 50 times- I managed to speak with somebody who checked the GPS/ tracking and ed- the courier was nowhere near here when it was marked as attempted delivery They said they’d look into it and come back to me- nothing.
Delivery dates are a lie. I was several gifts short for Christmas- embarrassing and upsetting! (Don’t accept the work if you have no intention of doing it)
They make it virtually impossible to speak to a real person there and then- whether by phone or web chat. Even the emails are generic nonsense and always answered by Claire most likely a pseudo/ made up!
Parcels never get returned to the seller either, so I assume they’re just stealing them. I don’t know how they keep getting away with it.
Extremely frustrating and time consuming in general, but especially when it’s something you’ve paid a lot of money for and can’t replace!
Suggested solution:
At least make contact easier so people don't have to dedicate weeks to it! So obvious that they don't care about their customers and this preventing you contacting them/ a real person is intentional!
Actually try delivering the parcels! I have even offered to collect from a parcel shop if they can't be bothered to deliver- nothing. Not even returned to the seller, so 1 rare item is gone forever!
Try being honest when it comes to the tracking updates! Blatant lies add to the distress and frustration!
If they're unable to do the work- DO NOT TAKE IT ON! Just like other businesses!
