My complaint:
the man who delivers our parcels dose not knock on our door or even rings the bell he just puts the item in the shop next door but one.
He doesn’t even ask he walks in puts the item on the chair takes a picture and then walks out he dont speak the the owner of the shop to see if it is ok to leave it there and the shop owner is not very happy at all.
Suggested solution:
knock or ring bell first if where not in and as it is a ring door bell we ask if he can put it in the shop then he should ASK the person in the shop if it is ok to leave it there.
it is NOT rocket science to do, and as a representative of your company using your manners is free and the politeway to do things.
