My complaint:
I booked a flight with e-dreams on Avianca from Mexico City to Quito. The booking clearly said that it included carry-on luggage. However a week before, I checked my reservation on the Aviance site and it said that I in fact had no free baggage, carry-on or otherwise. They requested I pay 70USD for check-in luggage and 80 for carry-on. When I called Edreams and requested a rectification they asked me to submit documentation proving that the edreams booking said I had carry-on included more than 10 days ago, and they still have not responded. I paid 80USD for my luggage needs, which is the fault of Edreams for not showing the latest requirements from the airlines they are selling tickets for. Edreams owes me 80USD and are not responding.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse me the money that I spent for my luggage. 80USD
