My complaint:
The airline company changed the departing time 5 days before departure. Edreams sent me an email with the wrong time of departure. Due to this misleading email of Edreams i have lost my flight and due to the no show the airline company cancelled my flights. Edreams doesn’t want to refund me because they say my ticket is not refundable. This is beyond incredible. They caused all this and they don’t want to take their responsibility.
Suggested solution:
They should refund me and compensate for all I have lost.
