My complaint:
As per their company policy if cancelled within certain hours of booking it did say free cancellation with full refund but i haven’t been refunded the correct amount.
I paid £756.31 and got refunded just £131.34.
This is totally fraud and I need my full refund as per cancellation policy and by cancelling within time.
Suggested solution:
Issuing me my full refund
