My complaint:

WHERE IS MY REFUND!!!Since 22 of November Edreams send this message to me,Your booking has been refunded on November 22, 2021. Please be advised that it may take between 3 to 7 business days to receive your refund!!!-Today is 14122021 the only money refunded was 109.00 for three PAX,i did contact Lufthansa and they told me is a miss sold situation how can you spend £840 and they only paid £109.
i want all my money back, till this situation is not resolved i will not stop next stage is taking this case to OMBUDSMAN.

To all other customers PLEASE AVOID THIS PEOPLE.
