My complaint:

I made mistake of buying flight ticket through edreamsto travel in March 2020. Due to pandemic I could not travel and edreams refused to refund tickets but agreed to give travel credits to use for my travel. I have been trying to use those credits for last 2 months and they take no action to book my flight. I would like a refund as this is fraudulent company who have not assisted me in any way
