My complaint:
I booked tickets using edream but chose not to subscribe to their Prime subscriptions.
Nevertheless, they are still sending me promo material by email.
I used the unsubscribe link (there are two on the email). NEITHER WORKS. See screenshot.
Also, I tried to call their customer service number: 1-844-539-6719
It’s not a working number.
This is horrific customer relations.
Suggested solution:
1. Unsubscribe me from all promotional materials.
2. Provide a telephone number for customer service.
