My complaint:
For the past year, I have been going back-and-forth with this company in regards to a refund for my flight cancellation. It has been verified by the airlines that they have refunded the money back to eDreams E dreams has consistently claimed that they have issued me a refund and to wait 5 to 7 business days on more than four occasions and the last occasion they told me to wait 24 to 36 hours for a refund, and I have not received one single penny, at this point, I am demanding a refund for the full amount of $1209. I have been lied to, by every single one of their agents. Just today they claimed to transfer me to a floor manager when in reality it was just another agent because the previous one did not want to deal with it. I am ready to take legal action and sue for my time. My booking number is 9328826513. They have lied to me on more then 3 different occasions claiming they have escalated my case and that I will be contacted within a ceartin time frame and I have yet to get a call from the management dept.

Refund my full amount of $1,209.96
