My complaint:
I booked hotel in Rome via eDreams quite in advance and then , a month in advance of our trip we were informed that hotel we selected and paid for can’t our stay and suggest to rebook for another hotel or cancel the reservation. We cancelled the reservation and on August 22 received an email that refund is on the way. Almost 3 months passed since then and I still didn’t receive the refund. NO information on it’s status either on Edreams App or on their website, no Edreams services respond.l
