My complaint:

I bought a ticket from Madrid to Cancun but I could not reach Spain due to visa restrictions. No reply to emails and the company they directed me redirects me to them to ask for a refund. I can’t get my money back for a flight I did not take.

Suggested solution:

I want a refund.
