My complaint:

information. This lack of accessible customer support left me feeling not just disappointed but abandoned.

Adding to this, I had previously applied for airport assistance due to my physical disability. The complete failure on eDreams’ part to engage with me regarding my flight changes placed me in an untenable situation as I desperately needed to make specific arrangements to accommodate my needs. With no response from eDreams and my concerns escalating, I had no choice but to rebook my flight directly through the carrier KLM. This resulted in not just inconvenience but also additional expenses, all of which could have been entirely avoided if eDreams had delivered the support and information that should be standard.

To make matters worse, I could not speak with eDreams support until a mere 24 hours before my scheduled flight. Keep in mind, I had already paid €295 to eDreams for my original booking, and the flights I subsequently booked with KLM ended up costing me an additional €396. This staggering difference in cost only amplifies my frustration and disappointment with eDreams’ service.

Considering the financial burden and the physical and emotional pain and suffering I experienced due to eDreams’ negligence and lack of support, I demand compensation for the additional flight costs and the distress this situation has caused me. This is not just about the money but also about accountability for the significant inconvenience and hardship I have endured.

I expect a response from eDreams outlining a plan for compensation and a commitment to improving your customer service to prevent such situations in the future. Anything less would be unacceptable.
