My complaint:
I bought a trip online in the application and everything was correct, I wanted to go from Lisbon to Manchester, and at the end of paying, Manchester Lisbon appeared, in other words it was changed without my consent now, I’m being robbed because it’s not my mistake but the application’s, at this point I just want my money back
