My complaint:

We booked a ticket for our daughter to fly from US to South Africa. Then US banned SA due to omicron. We canceled the ticket and in writing was told we could get our money back in 2 weeks. Now it’s 2 months! We contacted EDreams and Qatar with no luck.

Suggested solution:

Pay our refund asap!
