eDreams complaint: STILL AWAITING REFUND

My complaint:

I cancelled my flight on 6th November and still have not received my refund money. Pegasus refunded Edreams on 16th November and despite 3 calls to Edreams, each time being told it will be refunded in 7-10 days, still no refund!! Despite your voicemail stating that as soon as refund from the Flight Company has been received, you will refund in 3-10 days, this is clearly a lie and not the case. This is not acceptable. Interest is being charged on my credit card for this.

This is totally unacceptable and feel like each time I call, I am being lied too.

Suggested solution:

Do my refund to my credit card immediately of £265 !!
