My complaint:
i cancelled in advance of my flight as instructed in the app. I tried on multiple occasions to reach an agent. Edreams provided extremely ambiguous language throughout the cancellation process. What is the point of booking a flexible ticket with free cancellations and refunds as stated in the ation if I will not receive a refund as stated?
Suggested solution:
Provide me with a full refund. I booked a flexible ticket and expect a full refund.
