My complaint:

I booked a flight from Brussels to Zagreb with edreams. I received a booking ation in which is mentioned ‘None of your boarding passes could be generated’. Upon arrival at the airport, the checkin desk refused to issue a boarding pass and hence I could not board the plane.

Suggested solution:

I want a refund of my booking.
