My complaint:
I booked my ticket from Cape Town to Brussels with Edreams. After many attempts I was finally able to change the date of my flight from Feb 26 2022 to Feb 2 2022 after I paid them €60. I got the email that the change was ed. When I wanted to check in online with Turkish Airlines, there was no possibility. When I got to the airport to check in, I was asked for my ticket number which I did not have. I went to the Turkish Airlines office and there I was told that my ticket was never re-issued, but that I was on the booking system. In order to get on the flight I had to pay €161 (2830 ZAR), just because of this ‘mistake’ of Edreams.
Suggested solution:
Give my money back since I had to pay, because of Edreams fault. I was never told that my ticket was not reissued. It was Edreams task to do this when they changed my flight date
