My complaint:
I booked my ryanair flights through edreams. I received an email to say edreams were unable to provide my boarding passes and would need to contact ryanair directly. When attempting to check in with Ryanair directly ryanair advised edreams are a 3rd party and ryanair have no agreememt with edreams to well tickets on there behalf. There was also an issue with my daughters dob as edreams had listed her as an adult when she’s 14

I want a refund on the flight
