eDreams complaint: Denied Refunds

My complaint:

I’m inside of 24 hours period after I purchased my tickets to Japan. I wanted cancel and get my refunds and the eDreams customer service told me that I can get refunds only for the Spirit airline tickets, for the Zipair tickets I have to call the airline and cancel myself. I called Zipair and they said that eDreams need to handle the cancellation and refunds. eDreams said that their cancellation policy is only with the American airlines, that for the Japanese airlines I need to deal with them and cancel myself.
This is ridiculous, this is the worst travel agency. They are waiting for the 24 hours period expired to avoid giving me my refunds.

Suggested solution:

I want my full refunds of the whole transaction because I requested 10 hours after I purchased the tickets and their cancellation policy advertised in their website that if cancelled within 24 hours after purchase the tickets I can get my full refunds.
