My complaint:
Edream refuse to pay me back or reschedule my fly , because according to them I was late !!! I arrive at the airport and have plenty Time for check in but airfrance refuse me to checkin for some reason. Now I looses 1193£ for nothing !! The customer service are terrible… there is nothing they do to try to solve the issue… I just lost my money and that’s all they do not care and think you are collecting money from the tree … this situation make me so depressed and mad that I get tension. Be careful who u put u money in. I’m still trying to get some of my money back …. Didn’t get nothing yet.
Suggested solution:
Get a least a refund .
